This wasn’t the career I planned.
It was the one I needed.
My Story Started With a Health Crisis I Didn’t Expect.
A few years ago, I developed severe back pain that took over my work, sleep, and daily life. Every doctor, every remedy, every “quick fix” failed.
Then came the symptoms I couldn’t explain:
sudden anxiety
mood swings
fatigue
weight changes
feeling unlike myself
I didn’t know it then, but this was perimenopause — affecting my hormones, my nervous system, and my quality of life.
When the traditional approach didn’t help, I became my own researcher.
Slowly, through lifestyle shifts and understanding how hormones interact with stress, movement, nutrition, and inflammation, things changed.
My pain eased.
My mood steadied.
My energy came back.
And I finally felt like myself again.
The Shift I Didn’t See Coming
As my health improved, so did my purpose.
I had spent decades in fashion — creative, fast-paced, high-pressure. But what I really wanted was to help women who were quietly struggling the way I had.
Women who were told their symptoms were “normal.”
Women who blamed themselves for changes they couldn’t control.
Women who were given information but not support.
So I became a certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach and shifted my work toward helping women navigate perimenopause with clarity, confidence, and compassion.
