Hey there — I’m Felicia, Certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach and founder of the Rise + Reset app.
Like so many women, I spent years battling unexplained fatigue, stubborn weight gain, and mood swings, only to be told it was “just aging.” Spoiler: it wasn’t. It was perimenopause — and once I learned how to work with my hormones instead of against them, everything changed.
I created Rise + Reset as a home for real strategies, smart solutions, and zero-BS support for women in perimenopause.

How This Works — Your Questions, Answered
💡 Do I need to finish the 5-Day or 6-Week program first?
Nope! Most women book coaching during the program — especially around Week 1 or 2, when questions and “aha” moments start rolling in. Coaching helps you get even more out of the content.
📍 How are the sessions delivered?
All sessions are held via Zoom. Once you purchase, you’ll be redirected straight to my booking calendar to grab your first 30-minute slot.
📝 Will I get a written recap after our call?
Nope — and here’s why: these sessions are designed to be focused and efficient, so we’ll spend our time getting you clear on exactly what to do next. No fluff, no filler.
Bring a notebook or your Notes app so you can jot down key takeaways during the call. You’ll walk away with a plan you can start using immediately.
📋 What should I bring to each session?
Bring your questions, roadblocks, or that one thing you can’t seem to figure out. Whether it’s nutrition, sleep, movement, or stress — we’ll troubleshoot and create a plan that works for you. No fancy prep required — just come ready to talk and take action.
🔍 How are these calls different from the app content?
The app gives you the framework. These sessions give you the personal touch. This is your chance to zoom in on your exact challenges and get tailored guidance. If you’ve ever wished someone could “just look at your situation and tell you what to do” — that’s exactly what this is.
⏳ What if I need to reschedule?
Life happens — you can reschedule using the Calendly link in your confirmation email. I ask for 48 hours’ notice when possible.
No-shows aren’t refundable or rebookable, so just give me a heads-up if something comes up.
💳 Are these sessions refundable?
Coaching sessions are non-refundable once booked. This protects my time and energy — and helps you stay committed to showing up for yourself. If you’re unsure, start with the single session and see how it feels.
🤔 How should I choose between the single, 3-pack, or 5-pack sessions?
Single Session – Perfect if you’re new to coaching or just need a quick clarity boost.
3-Pack – Great for ongoing tweaks, accountability, and support as your body shifts.
5-Pack – Best value if you want weekly coaching alongside the 6-week program.
📅 When should I schedule my first call?
You’ll get the booking link right after purchase — but I recommend waiting until the end of Week 1 in the Rise + Reset program. That way you’ve had time to implement a few habits and see where you need the most support. Then we’ll use that first call to build on your foundation and make the plan truly yours.
